  • Understanding the causes and consequences of emotions

  • Regulating emotions in oneself and others

Learning to recognise and regulate one's own emotions in different situations, and developing empathy and emotional literacy to better understand the emotions of others, can also be helpful. Additionally, entrepreneurs can seek out training, coaching, or therapy to develop emotional intelligence skills and overcome any emotional barriers that may be hindering business success.
